A Day of Community, Health & Wellness
We were proud to be part of the 2026 Sydney MS Walk Run + Roll, a remarkable community event dedicated to supporting the over 37,756 Australians living with Multiple Sclerosis. Whether walking, running, or rolling, participants came together to make a real difference in the lives of people living with MS.
About the MS Walk Run + Roll
The MS Walk Run + Roll was an inclusive, community-driven event celebrating the resilience and diversity of the MS community. Participants enjoyed multiple participation options:
Walk: Families and friends gathered for a leisurely community walk
Run: Athletes challenged themselves with a run through Sydney
Roll: Wheelchair users participated in a fully inclusive event
Team participants: Both individual participants and organized teams took part
Why It Matters: Supporting People Living with MS
Multiple sclerosis is a chronic and often debilitating neurological disease that attacks the central nervous system (the brain, spinal cord, and optic nerves). It is the most common neurological condition in young adults and typically strikes when people are planning families and building careers. Three out of four people living with MS are women.
The fundraising from this event supported vital services including:
MS Connect: Connecting and supporting people with MS
MS Peer Support: Peer-to-peer support programs
MS Employment Support Programs: Helping people maintain their careers
Research & Innovation: Bringing new treatments closer to reality and investing in repairing myelin damage to restore lost function
“No one should face MS alone.” This driving mission behind the MS Walk Run + Roll is one that Mycarehub is proud to support.
