Mycarehub is an Australian owned, family run organisation that is passionate about providing quality services and choice to people with a disability. Our Co-founder, Michael, is an NDIS participant himself. Based on his lived experience, Michael understands how important it is to have support workers that provide quality and caring supports. This is his inspiration for establishing an organisation that cares.

Mycarehub’s vision is to create

a community of support workers and participants that share a common understanding and expectation of great person-centred supports.

Rebecca and Michael, both co-founders of Mycarehub, have a strong passion for making a difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities. Michael’s own experience living with a disability and Rebecca’s experience working in the industry, highlighted the need for improved support services that prioritise choice, flexibility, and a positive customer experience. Driven by their personal experiences and commitment to helping others, they came together to create Mycarehub, a community where individuals can connect with caring and professional support workers, have access to safe and reliable supports, and exercise their right to choice and control over the services they receive.

How we work

We connect you with support workers to meet your support needs for the following services: Self Care, Out and About Care, Home and Yard Care, Domestic Care, Transport Care and Accessible Transport Care. We provide supports your way by tailoring supports around you, your needs and choices. 

You can feel safe and confident getting the care you need, knowing that all mycarehub workers are vetted through our rigorous Worker Screening and Training Process. 

Our Worker Screening process includes a requirement of NDIS Worker Checks/police checks, verification of identity, reference checks, and checks for current licences and insurances. All workers are personally interviewed by mycarehub management and provided with induction and training to ensure you receive safe, quality supports.
